An uninspired and uninspiring run this morning.  Still a run is a run is a run!

I hope I am still doing this when I get to her age!

Average 5 miles an hour over all the miles this weekend. Sort of scary actually being able to keep the same pace today as yesterday. It also means that I am not taking enough advantage of the big girl blades.  Got a couple of blisters yesterday so did this morning in the old ones.  Hmmm.  Wish I knew some Yoda wise-person who knew everything about roller blading.
