Squeaked in 13 before the triathlon

Good luck to all the triathletes, loonies though they are! 

An hour and ten minutes… but there were loads of people in the damn way!  Not too bad!

The weather in Philadelphia this morning is lovely.  Humidity dropped and altogether a lovely day.

Getting up early enough to be finished by 7:00 $a lot

Blasting past a thirty something who had at least 90 seconds start – priceless.

Sundays…

I have to get out earlier… A run, the Eritreans (a whole category unto themselves)!  Prostrate Cancer – a run for prostrate cancer, you think it should be against.

Which means this side of the river – which means dogs :-( More to the point it means people who aren’t in control of them.  One got a little too close today.

However another 8 miles completed.  Oh Happy Day!

One hours and four mins.  A teeny bit slow – but hey, I am hardly fit yet!
