After all the rain and the aches and pains of the last week, the freedom of my schedule allows a reset. Another week has been added to the training schedule. This gives me the chance for another week of preparation before the 35 miler, the big one before the event.
Sitting here this morning 39.3 miles still seems an awful long way away.
But you are at least 26.6 miles closer than you were. Go Speed Racer Go! :-D
