Welcome 2011

Happy New Year! Well its time to start the blog again. Because this year I am going to do it, and so it has to start now. I am not sure whether the goal is 39.3 or 2 x 26.2 in 2 days but one of them will happen.

I start with Core Strength. There is a class by work which is all about the core so there’s a starter and then after that weights here in the building and I suppose cycling. I was going to roller blade today – but there’s too much snowmelt around so it’s wet. So 5 miles on the bike today – I really do have a boney butt!

So a very Happy New Year to you and yours… posts will be infrequent until I really start to train, and as you know this is just to hold me to the goal and keep me in line, no pun intended.
